I am Dusty Mancino and I am the proud owner of All About You Salon-n-Spa. I have worked as a stylist for over 17 years. I live in the New Castle area with my husband Bill and my two sons Joseph and Anthony. We opened our salon over 11 years ago and it has surpassed our expectations. I am blessed to have a very loyal and supportive clientele along with a dedicated staff of professionals.

 I believe that our salon sets the standard by enrolling in classes to learn advanced cutting and coloring techniques. We are able to provide our clients with skilled knowledge and mastery of our craft.

I am Jason Maggi and I was born in New Castle, PA. I graduated from the Union Area School District and I studied at New Castle Beauty School, where I received my Cosmetology License. While maintaining a position in a thriving salon, I took time to attend Slippery Rock University and even studied abroad just south of Newcastle, England.

I joined the All About You team in April 2001. I am confident in my skills and  have perfected my cutting and color construction. I am known to take great pride in balancing modern trends with classic styles. In addition, I remain the Creative Director and Manager of All About You Salon-n-Spa. My name is Michelle Gilson and I live in Ellwood City, PA. After I graduated high school I received a full scholarship to Pittsburgh Beauty Academy where I earned my Cosmetology and Teachers License. After being an accomplished teacher and director of Beaver Falls Beauty Academy, I decided I wanted to work in a salon. I joined All About You Salon-n-Spa as a Stylist and Nail Tech over 7 years ago. I now have over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry.

I take pride in my work and provide excellent customer care. Thanks to all my loyal customers I have a great career. I meet new people eveyday maybe you will be one of them.

My name is Kelly Crawley and I am eager to help you look your best! I am a graduate of Shenango High School here in New Castle, PA. I have always had a passion for beauty and fashion and that is why I chose to attend Bella Capelli Beauty Academy in Pittsburgh, PA.

While in school I participated in many events that broadened my education and experience including assisting Creative Directors backstage at their hair show in NYC. I continued my training by attending a two day workshop in Las Vegas that hosted some of the top stylists in the industry.
